Hey mamas, give yourself the gift of rest on Mother’s Day.
As mothers we hold so much and so do so much for others. On Mother’s Day, let’s put it all down for a few hours and rest. Sometimes doing nothing is the best gift we can receive.
Gather with women in a safe, relaxing environment to rest, reflect and build community. Yoga nidra will be our primary rest practice. During this rest circle, we will begin to learn the foundational tools to recreate a consistent yoga nidra practice in your life.
Yoga nidra is a guided sleep based meditation. No bending or stretching involved. When we rest, we wake up tuned into our intuitive wisdom and power. When we are rested we have more capacity to care for our loved ones and show up the beauty in our lives.
No rest experience is required. Rest is for everyone, especially those of us who are feeling exhausted.
